H.O.G. is the official riding club of Harley-Davidson® over one-million members strong, with more than 1400 chapters around the world.  H.O.G. is an organization founded and sponsored by Harley-Davidson Motor Company.  Established to offer motorcycling benefits and services to Harley-Davidson enthusiasts throughout the world, and develop a closer relationship between the Harley-Davidson rider, the Harley-Davidson dealership, and Harley-Davidson Motor Company.  

Each chapter is sponsored by a Harley-Davidson dealership.  It is offered to bring members together for the common interest of promoting motorcycling activities.  The intent of the Chapter is to “Ride and Have Fun” with like-minded individuals who have a passion for riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Above & Beyond Award

The “Above & Beyond” award is handed out to someone who has been nominated by a Chapter member for going above and beyond what they had to do. Anyone in the Chapter can nominate someone for going the extra step.

Activities Table

The Activities table(s) are the best place to get information on upcoming rides and events. The table is manned by the Activities Committee and they can answer any questions you might have. you can pick up a flyer for an upcoming ride. Sign-Up sheets for each ride and activity are available at the events table.

Attendance Tickets

The Chapter has a number of prizes that are given out at each H.O.G. Chapter meeting. During the meeting tickets are drawn and the winner gets to pick their prize from those available. You must be in attendance to win.

Chrome Connection Newsletter

The Chrome Connection is the monthly newsletter for the Chapter. Please be sure to read the newsletter. Hidden somewhere in the text of the newsletter is a H.O.G. membership number selected at random. During the Chapter meeting, they will ask who the lucky number belongs to. If you find the hidden number and it’s yours, shout out at the meeting to win a prize. Additionally, a different H.O.G. number will be selected and random and hidden in one E-Blast (the weekly update) each month. If you find your number and attend the following H.O.G. Call, you will receive a $25 gift card donated by St. Charles Harley-Davidson.

Dealership Perks

As an active St. Charles H.O.G. Chapter member, you will receive a discount on all clothes, parts, and other merchandise that you purchase at St. Charles Harley-Davidson. Just show them your membership card when you make your purchase.

Facebook Group

Ladies of Harley

Ladies of Harley (L.O.H.) meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Meeting begin at 6:30 PM and last about an hour. During this time we will cover topics such as upcoming events, new ideas, safety tips for riders and passengers, as well as real life riding experiences. Feel free to show up early so you can enjoy dinner and some good conversation. Meetings are held at:

Mileage Program

The St. Charles H.O.G. Chapter is a Million Mile Chapter and we need everyone to participate in order to achieve this goal again next year. Awards are given to high mileage riders each year and everyone in the program has a chance to win great prizes. Stop by the mileage table to learn how you can enroll in this program and help us reach our goal.

Name Tags

The Chapter has name tags that you can purchase for $10.00 each. The name tags help to identify you as our Chapter at other events but more importantly, it helps other to know your name. The Chapter Secretary can order your name tag.

Participation Tokens

The Chapter earmarks certain rides and events each year to be “Participation Rides/Events”. If you attend one of these rides/events, you will receive a token. Collect the tokens all year and at the end of the year, you will be able to exchange your tokens for chances to win great prizes.

Reason To Ride

The Chapter has a “Reason to Ride” booklet that you can purchase for $10.00. The book has many locations that you can visit across the bi-state area. Be sure to take a picture of you and your bike at the location and pate it into the book. Some locations like restaurants will require a copy of the receipt from something that you purchase while at the location. You will receive points based on the distance from the St. Charles Harley-Davidson Dealership, the further the location is from the dealership, the more points you will earn. At the end of the year you can turn in your book to the Chapter, the scores will be tallied, and the participants with the top points will receive a cash prize. Turn in the book even if you didn’t ride for a chance to win prizes.

State Map

You will find a large U.S. map near the service waiting area at the St. Charles Harley-Davidson Dealership. Each year the Chapter captures the states that members visit on a motorcycle. If you ride in a state other than Missouri, send a picture of you and your bike in front of something indicating the state name and help us visit as many states as possible.

Volunteering

Our Chapter runs on volunteers. There are opportunities available throughout the year to volunteer; The Hot Dog Hut, gift wrapping, rodeo, etc. Sign-Up sheets are on the Activities table. There is a Volunteer Appreciation Ride at the end of the year with gifts and food.
